I submitted another federal grant application to another agency; can I just forward that to you?

No, all applications to AmeriCorps must be submitted through eGrants following the instructions laid out in the NOFA and for some competition there are Application Instructions as well.

9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, during the months of January, May, June, July, August, and September.
For the months of February, March, April, October, November and December, normal hours of operations are:

Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST. Friday: Closed
